Edit a Contact

After logging into the portal:

  1. Use one of the following options to open the Contacts database.
    1. Select Contacts from the left-hand menu.

       
    2. Select Locations from the left-hand menu.
      1. Click the Contacts tab.

  1. Click the link in the First Name or Last Name column to open the contact record.

     
  2. Click the Profile tab.

     
  3. Click the Edit button.

     
  4. Make the necessary changes to the customer record.
       
     
  5. Click the Save button to keep your changes.

Delete a Contact 

  1. After logging into the portal:

  2. Use one of the following options to open the Contacts database.
    1. Select Contacts from the left-hand menu.

       
    2. Select Locations from the left-hand menu.
      1. Click the Contacts tab.

  1. Click the link in the First Name or Last Name column to open the contact record.

     
  2. Click the Profile tab.

     
  3. Click the Delete button.

     
  4. Click the Ok button in the pop-up box to confirm you want to delete the contact record.

     
  5. A message box will appear at the top of the screen confirming the record has been deleted.
